01 Acceptance & Consent

By accessing the tg999 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

02 Account Registration & Personal Information

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, tg999 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided at registration — including your name, contact details, and payment information — is complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.4 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. tg999 is not responsible if a third party gains access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

03 Age Restriction

tg999 is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. tg999 may request valid proof of identity for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

If a minor creates an account using false information, all funds deposited into that account will not be refunded and the account will be permanently closed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tg999 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits or withdrawals through any other method are not possible.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300. The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended during identity verification or when unusual activity is under review.

4.4 Transactions from Your Own Account

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account for transactions may result in account suspension and funds being held.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to the account in whose name the deposit was made.
• A person may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Requesting a withdrawal before bonus conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• tg999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonuses are abused (e.g., claiming from multiple accounts), all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

tg999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined at the platform's discretion.

06 Game Rules & Responsible Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

tg999 ensures fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our games are developed and tested by reputable software providers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game, tg999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. tg999 is not obligated to pay out false winnings displayed due to a technical error.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg999 platform:

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Hacking, modifying, or reverse engineering the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• Harassing, intimidating, or sending harmful messages to other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by tg999

tg999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, without prior notice.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that all outstanding bonus conditions have been met. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) after account closure will be returned to your registered payment account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

tg999 reserves the right to impose certain administrative fees or declare an account inactive if it has been dormant for an extended period. The user will be notified in advance by email.

09 Privacy & Data Protection
